While most pregnant women are happily rocking maternity wear by the third trimester, Kardashian has been sticking with what what works for her: high-end designer duds with matching high-end pricetags. The only fashion concession she's made, it seems, is with her footwear. Normally seen perched on super-high heels, the 32-year-old mom-to-be has been slipping on more sensible shoes lately. Of course, Kardashian's version of comfy flats that day were Azzedine Alaia sandals that cost $2,155.
Expecting her first child with West in July, Kardashian has faced criticism from online commenters about her bump-accentuating fashion choices. "It's funny because Kourtney warned me that when I get pregnant, people's opinions will be on an all-time high and everyone will chime in!" she wrote on her blog on Mar. 25. "So I now see what she means."
But Kardashian seems to have settled into a great style groove since the earlier stages of her pregnancy. Little sister Khloe told E! News recently, "There's an awkward time [when] you're not really showing and you don't feel like your old self. So now that her bump is alive and in full effect, she's having fun showing it off!"
