No wigs this time! It's taken two months of preparation, but Kylie Jenner has finally gone blonde for real!
The 18-year-old reality TV star debuted her new blonde tresses via Instagram very late on Tuesday, Sept. 1, sharing a photograph of her freshly dyed hairstyle, and explaining how long it took for her to prepare for her fall 'do.
"Took months of not dying my hair and wearing wigs to get my hair back to health so I can do this!!" Jenner captioned the photograph which revealed her new, waist-length style. "Thank you @priscillavalles @maishaoliver for putting up with me all day. I'm going for an ashy dirty blonde for the fall. But this shits a process! I'm coming for u khloé!" she added.
Jenner has been rocking a variety of different hair colors in the past months, trying out a range of hues from platinum blonde to blue, whilst rocking an array of wigs. But it looks like the recent birthday girl has finally decided on a permanent shade.
And the teenage Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is ready for any negative comments that come her way about her hair, or any other aspects of her life. Thanks to a new anti-bullying campaign she's launched, Jenner has come into contact with a load of inspirational people, including one woman, Renee DuShane, who she showcased on her Instagram feed yesterday.
DuShane was born with a genetic disorder which makes the bones in her face grow abnormally. And the brave 21-year-old has overcome the bullies to show the world, via Jenner's campaign, that #IAmMoreThan my forehead.
"I love you Renee!," Jenner wrote as she shared DuShane’s story on Tuesday. "Renee taught ME that #IAmMoreThan the negative comments that I read."
