Lady Gaga showed off some impressive cleavage on Tuesday, March 24, when she shared a bizarre syringe selfie via Instagram, which gave the appearance that she was about to inject fillers into her own lips.
The "Born This Way" singer, 28, reassured fans, however, that the big syringe was in fact only full of nutritional goodies from the juice company Kreation Organic — a mixture of green tea and active silicon to give her nails, hair and skin a beauty boost.
"Most fun juice box ever. Playing doctor," the recently engaged singer captioned the snap, which saw her jokingly putting the syringe up to her lips while wearing a revealing white toweling robe.
But while the Grammy winner was not filling her face with non-surgical enhancements on this occasion, she has spoken in the past about her previous obsession with facial fillers.
"I went through a phase when I was smoking pot when I was really obsessed with getting facial injections," she told Howard Stern back in 2013. "I was going to this strip mall in Chicago in the back everybody was like, 'You are a nut job.'"
"I'm telling you, I wasn't exactly in the best frame of mind, and I would smoke a bunch of joints and have some drinks and I would be like, 'Oh, let's go see my girl' and we would drive to this strip mall and I would get shot up with a bunch of whatever, Juvederm, and then leave," she said at the time.
These days, though, life is a lot calmer for the “Venus” singer. Not only is she happily engaged to Taylor Kinney, she's also busy writing songs, and thinking about her fans.
“Love you monsters,” she captioned another photograph she shared earlier in the day. “Writing songs. Miss u all the time.”
