Now There’s a Nude Nail Polish for Every Skin Tone

"Nude" has a much more inclusive meaning with the help of a new polish line.

On the heels of Christian Louboutin's announcement of an expanded flesh-colored footwear line in March, Caption Polish announced it too will offer several colors to complement any skin tone.

The first brand to take up the mantle is worn by the likes of Priyanka Chopra, Jessica Chastain and Jamie Chung, which has introduced an eight-piece UV-free gel polish line called Everyday. The new lacquers ($12 for one or $40 for a set of four, run the gamut of skin tones, from fair to beige, medium, olive, and deep.

"I am constantly surrounded by amazing women from diverse backgrounds, especially growing up in a culturally mixed family (Korean mom and Middle Eastern dad)," Greg Salo, Caption Polish co-founder, said in a statement. "It was a natural desire of mine to make sure that every skin tone is represented in this new collection."
