That’s hot! Paris Hilton debuted her — count ‘em — 24th (!) fragrance, Platinum Rush, in July, and now the heiress is dropping a fairy tale-inspired video to go along with it. Us Weekly has the exclusive first look at the campaign, and in it, Hilton shares some deep thoughts. Check it out above!
Surrounded by a platinum wonderland complete with crystal mountains and water fountains, white flowers, deer and peacocks, the multi-hyphenate appears in a land far, far away in a pretty floral gown. In the 18-second clip, her long icy blonde locks fall freely as she encourages fans to stay true to themselves.
“When you’re in a world that’s trying to make you something else,” she says in the video, “it’s being yourself that is the greatest accomplishment.”
Hilton released the new scent with DJ appearances in Ibiza and Atlantic City over the summer, and now she seems to be doubling down on the launch just in time for the holidays.
Housed in a curvaceous platinum (naturally!) flacon designed to look like a strapless ball gown, the latest edition to the Paris Hilton fragrance empire is part of her Rush collection.
Platinum Rush is the third scent to fall under the Rush pillar, and it opens with fruity and floral notes of Asian pear, mango and magnolia, before sensually drying down to include warm musk, patchouli, amber and vanilla.
While the fragrance was inspired by Hilton’s relationship and engagement to Chris Zylka (the pair parted ways this fall), the idea of feeling “the rush” of passion and love through fragrance remains. And, if the campaign clip is any indication, the blonde beauty seems to currently be finding her happily ever after by, first and foremost, learning to love herself.
