Talk about custom! Hours before the Oscars 2016, pregnant Chrissy Teigen shared a close-up snap of her bumpin’ body getting sewn into her red carpet dress.
“Oscars belly,” wrote the Lip Sync Battle color commentator, 30, who is expecting a girl with her husband, John Legend, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, February 28.
While her face wasn’t shown, the glimpse of her Marchesa dress showed a nude illusion gown with red floral embroidery and beaded accents.
Once she arrived at the Hollywood & Highland Center in L.A. for the event, Teigen glowed in the body-hugging silhouette that featured a plunging neckline with a matching ruby Swarovski clutch and Stuart Weitzman heels.
Since announcing her pregnancy last October, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model has stunned not only with her daring red carpet ensembles, but with her maternity street style. And she credits her friend Kim Kardashian for the sartorial tips.
“Kim gave me advice from even before we started,” Teigen shared at the Grammys, noting that the reality star offered ideas for maternity style, “fertility … everything. She’s been here the entire time, the entire process!”
