Hilton, 32, who is expecting her first child with husband James Rothschild, showed off her long legs in a star and animal print Dolce & Gabbana minidress. She added an Edie Parker clutch customized with her name and Christian Louboutin pumps. She finished her ensemble with a long tuxedo blazer.
The fashion designer and heiress shared a snap of her ensemble via Instagram and captioned, “When you turn your Dolce into maternity wear 👶🏼👗.”

The mom-to-be was joined on the red carpet by her sister, Paris Hilton, who opted for a plunging, striped A-line dress, paired with fishnet tights and patent ankle booties.
