Like Prince Pops, like son!
The new royal baby, a little princess named Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, might be bringing a little more pink into Kensington Palace. But that’s not stopping her dad, Prince William, and big brother, Prince George, 21 months, from rocking their beloved blues—and in matching sweaters, too!
The Duke of Cambridge, 32, was snapped carrying his young son into the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London. But before he stepped out of his car and waved to the ecstatic crowd, William made sure to slip his eldest child into a blue sweater, nearly a perfect match to the one he was wearing.
Prince William sported a bright blue Gant jumper, one that (as Us Weekly exclusively reported) he purchased with purpose the week before. He teamed the cozy piece with a white button-up shirt, navy blue pants, and chocolate loafers.
In his arms, Prince George—who, an onlooker told Us, refused to walk when he got out of the car, but smiled and waved to the cameras all the same—charmed in his own little blue sweater over a white shirt, baby blue shorts, knee-high blue socks, and buckled shoes.
As for what the royal baby might wear when she ultimately appears? Us Weekly’s royal reporters have shared some details on the petite ensemble. Watch the video above to find out!
