Jones, 38, topped off her cornflower blue ensemble with lined eyes, a red statement lip, and an intricate hairstyle by celeb hairstylist Kylee Heath.

"We were inspired by the high neck and coolness of her pantsuit to create a braided messy topknot," Heath told Us Weekly

She began by grabbing two different products. "Starting on damp hair, I sprayed Bumble and Bumble Tonic Lotion from the roots to the mid-shaft and Serge Normant Meta Lush Volumizer from the mid shaft through the ends," the hair pro told Us. "Then, I rough dried Rashida's hair, and polished the ends and bangs with an Ibiza Round Brush."

Once Jones' hair was dry, Heath sectioned off the front section of the actress' hair by creating a part from ear to ear. "Using a fine tooth comb and a light spray of R+Co Flexible Hairspray, I pulled the hair up into a ponytail at the top of the section," Heath, who's worked with Elizabeth Banks and Diane Kruger, said. "I then pulled the front section back and sprayed with more R+Co, adding it to the ponytail, leaving only the bangs out."

Pro tip: "The trick to a perfect ponytail is pulling it up in sections." The stylist elaborated, "I broke the pony into five sections, braiding three and lightly teasing two. I wrapped each section around the base of the ponytail and pinned them into place, creating a braided messy topknot."

After that, she brushed Jones' bangs to one side, sprayed the whole look in place with Leonor Greyl Laque Souple, and voila! She completed the topknot we plan on wearing all fall and winter long.
