Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Chops Her Locks, Debuts Mid-Length Bob Hairstyle

Someone's ringing in the new year with some new hair!

Known for tossing her long blonde tresses in a tightly wound model bun, or opting to slick them back for that carefree "just stepped out of the shower" look, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley introduced a new hairstyle in time for 2015, via her Instagram account on Sunday, Dec. 28.

"Ready for 2015 equipped with a fresh new do!" the leggy supermodel, 27, captioned the photo. "Thank you to my favorite brother sister hair duo… @georgenorthwood @sallynorthwood #ShortHairDontCare #GeorgeNorthwood #SallyNorthwood #BeThereOrHaveBadHair."

The Mad Max: Fury Road star showed off her sleek hairstyle which included even blonder highlights and was styled with a sophisticated side part.

Being the spokesperson for Moroccanoil, Huntington-Whiteley knows a thing or two when it comes to haircare. In October 2014, she explained how to get her easy look to Style.com, but clearly, the new 'do will require less maintenance.

"I always make sure my hair is quick and easy. I’ll blow-dry it, throw it up in a bun, put a couple of pins in it, and let it set for an hour or overnight," she said. "When I take it out, I have loose waves. If I have time I might put a [curling iron] through it. If I have no time, I’ll go with wet hair, a center part, and a really slick bun in the back."

Huntington-Whiteley added, "It’s a severe, tougher look for me, so I like that. Those are my three looks — that’s as far as it goes. Anything else, I call in a hairdresser!"
