Va-va-prom! It's safe to say Ariel Winter stunned at her end-of-year senior formal. The Modern Family star, 18, showed off her body-hugging, lace prom dress in three separate Instagram posts on Sunday, May 22.
Winter, who recently dyed her hair strawberry-red, put her curves front and center in the strapless mermaid gown by Xcite with a sweetheart neckline. She paired the nude and black lace garment with a pearl-color clutch.
"Senior #prom #2016 :)" she captioned the first pic, which featured her standing solo in front of a fountain. Thanks to celeb makeup artist Charles Dujic, an on-point black smoky eye added an extra glam factor. Her hairstylist Kip Zachary gave her vivid red tresses soft, Old Hollywood curls.
The next shot included her father, Glenn Workman, who hugged her and smiled for the camera. "Me and dad 🙂 #prom," she wrote. For her final 'gram, Winter showed the gown from the side, and posed with a friend, writing exactly how hot she felt in emojis, "💰💯."
Winter, who frequently comments on body positivity, follows her own picture-posting rules. "If you take a photo in which you feel CONFIDENT about yourself and think it spreads a positive image, then GO FOR IT," she wrote on May 4 in response to Chloë Grace Moretz's interview that touched on Kim Kardashian's now-infamous nude selfie. "I do what I can to create that positive light for my fans and I'm sure other celebrities are doing it in THEIR OWN WAY — no need to put one another down."
