Sashaying out of a ballet class, a very leggy Taylor Swift was spotted out and about in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Jan. 14, in an adorable white lace dress, topped off with a bedazzled headband. Welcome back, super-femme Tay!
The "Blank Space" singer, 25, modeled the LWD, complete with a peekaboo floral waistline, a chunky white sweater, and chocolate peep-toe booties for her post-workout style. And, of course, the ensemble wouldn't be complete without her signature red lip!
Since mid-2014, Swift has been rocking much edgier looks—crop tops, micro-minis, and more skin-baring looks. But this street-style outfit, coupled with the classic, canary yellow Jenny Packham dress she wore to the Golden Globes afterparties, may be marking a return to the crooner's trademarked sweet—and just a little bit country!—style.
Even the day before, on Jan. 13, the "Shake It Off" songstress strutted about (with gal pal Lorde) in a Girl Scout-worthy number: a short-sleeved T-shirt, khaki shorts, and white ankle socks folded over Keds.
Speaking on her love of pretty dresses, Swift told Harper's Bazaar back in 2012, "There's just something so feminine about a dress. Whether it's a summertime dress that makes me feel carefree, an evening dress that makes me feel fancy, or a vintage dress that makes me feel like a '50s housewife—which I enjoy feeling like, for some reason—I just really like dresses."
