Designers behind Taylor Swift’s sparkling look at fiancé Travis Kelce’s Tight End University event are breaking down the details that made the singer’s performance outfit shine.
“Custom for Taylor,” Monse’s official Instagram captioned a post on Thursday, June 25, including a close-up shot displaying the body-slimming cocktail dress featuring a minimalist bodice. “A strapless black cady dress with Monse’s signature asymmetric hem. The embroidery degrades from midnight bugle beading into silver sequin paillettes, cascading into a feather-like effect.”
Swift, 36, completed her look with a crystal choker by Dylanlex and silver strappy heels.
Reports have emerged that Monse designers Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia, the former cocreative directors of Oscar de la Renta, are among the fashion heavy-hitters being considered for Swift’s big day.
A source told Page Six that the pop star is expected to have multiple outfit changes during her wedding celebration with Kelce, 36, which is reportedly set to take place next weekend. There are claimed to be a handful of custom dresses in the running that she will choose from, including some Monse designs.
Us Weekly has reached out to Monse and Oscar de la Renta for comment.

Swift treated TEU event attendees to a private show during the summit’s benefit concert at The Pinnacle in Nashville, Tennessee, on Tuesday, June 23. The singer performed her hit single “Love Story” with fellow musical guest Lainey Wilson.
She did her live rendition after San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle put in the song request, telling the crowd, “You know, we have a special request from a very special tight end who wanted to hear a particular song, and that tight end is named George Kittle.”
Swift and Kelce have been together since 2023, getting engaged in August 2025. According to reports, the couple will tie the knot at Madison Square Garden in front of more than 1000 guests.
