Did you guys get dressed together? When actresses Debra Messing and Anna Chlumsky took the stage at the 2015 Tony Awards on Sunday, June 7, viewers quickly noticed one big similarity between the two presenters.
Both the Mysteries of Laura star, 46, and the Veep actress, 34, were wearing similar eggplant-colored gowns with criss-cross necklines.
The ladies briefly acknowledged the accidental coordinating looks by giving each other a joking side eye before turning to present the award for Featured Actor in a Play.
Ultimately, Richard McCabe came up to the stage to accept the Tony for his role in The Audience, as Messing and Chlumsky moved to the side.
Though they may not have planned their outfits, Messing did attend rehearsals, sharing a photo of her impressive seat placement in the audience.
