Country music’s biggest stars delivered a fashion moment worth singing about even before the trophies were handed out at the 61st Academy of Country Music Awards. Celebs dressed to the nines for the star-studded event held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Sunday, May 17, serving up a mix of sparkle, fringe and cowboy boots.
