Goop just got a whole lot more inclusive. Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle mecca announced on Tuesday, November 27, that it has partnered with Universal Standard to create a five-piece clothing collection of luxe minimalist staples like wool tuxedo jackets, trousers and dresses in sizes 00 to 40.
“Goop is a wellness site with self-care at its core. Our focus is helping women make choices that make them feel good and eliminate shame in their lives, whether that’s linked to sexual health, age, or stress,” Paltrow said in a statement. “I believe we’re stronger if all archetypes are included, and we’re all able to be seen and lift each other up, which is why we partnered with Universal Standard to create this line of beautifully made pieces. We’re excited to work with them in this new capacity, and hope this collaboration continues to push this conversation into the mainstream.”
In addition to selling a curated section of clothing from some of her favorite brands on the Goop website, the Academy Award winner launched the her own G. Label collection two years ago, which until now was available up to size 12.
According to Business of Fashion, Paltrow is an investor in the inclusive direct-to-consumer fashion purveyors at Universal Standard (which launched a similar partnership with J.Crew earlier this year), and, in teaming with the brand, she is able to bring its fit and styling expertise to her own collection.
The Goop x Universal Standard capsule retails between $225 and $395 and is available at Goop’s permanent retail locations in L.A. and NYC and at Goop.com. Keep scrolling for a look at all the pieces in the line!
