She’s Not Afraid to Experiment

Palmer plays with her hair length a lot, frequently switching between long, mermaid locks and shorter 'dos like the shaved-down style she wore to 2017 iHeartRadio Much Music Video Awards in Toronto June 18. She made the change this time around because, as she told Refinery29 at the time, “My texture has changed quite a bit over the years from all the things I've done to it. I really want to be able to let my hair rest and become it's own thing."

For the look the star wore to the 2016 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas in May, makeup artist Matthew VanLeeuwen prepped her skin with two wallet-friendly products: e.l.f. The Scream Queens star always looks alert and well-rested. She told Essence in 2015 her go-to move when she needs a little help getting there. “Put a little orange [concealer] underneath your eye and then put your concealer color on top. Honey! Makes you look like a newborn baby! MAC and NYX make one, but you can get them from anywhere. I know it sounds crazy," she says.

Palmer told The Coveteur that when wants to take her looks up a notch, it’s all about lashes, lashes, lashes! "That’s my huge beauty trick.
