The Hunger Games superstar enlisted Kentucky-based photographer Chris Kaufman to help her get her budding modeling career off the ground when she was just a tween. Scoring an agent two years after the modeling pictures were taken, Lawrence later settled into acting. "Making movies is where I belong," she told U.K.'s Fabulous magazine. "That's where I'm comfortable, that's my home."

Dunst (pictured here in a floral dress with fellow child model Lindsay Lohan) has her mother to thank for getting her feet wet in the industry. The star's mom Inez, an artist and former gallery owner, took her daughter on auditions starting at three-years-old. The tot's first paying gig: A cereal commercial, which later led to a contract with Ford Modeling Agency. More than 100 commercials and five years later, Dunst appeared opposite Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt in Interview With a Vampire.
