The “Partition” singer, 33, caused quite the commotion on Tuesday, Oct. 14, when she debuted her new super-short bangs in London. The mom to Blue Ivy, 2, was never really one for dramatic hair makeovers, so this look has rightfully earned all the attention.
The new bangs stop slightly lower than her hairline, and are at least three inches shorter than the style she debuted on stage at the Global Citizen Festival in Central Park on Saturday, Sept. 27.
Mrs. Carter paired her edgy throwback hairstyle with a maroon pantsuit, a matching leather clutch, and white pumps.
