Has Kate Gosselin gone under the knife -- again?
When the former reality star recently reported for her first day as a CouponCabin.com blogger, she revealed a new face to go with her new gig. And it's not the first time the formerly full-figured brunette has freshened up.

"She's consumed with her appearance," a source says of Gosselin, 36, whose TLC reality show Kate Plus 8 was canceled in August.

To keep her youthful appearance, the single mom of eight -- who got a tummy tuck in 2007 and breast implants in 2009 -- relies on thrice-weekly tanning sessions. Last June, she even gave herself Botox injections! (The result: unnaturally arched eyebrows.)

New York City plastic surgeon Jon Turk tells the new issue of Us Weekly (on sale Wednesday) that based on recent photos, it looks like Gosselin's gone more extreme this time: A defined jawline and changed eye shape "suggest a facelift."

i find it kind of sad, that everyone was so nasty to Jon during their divorce. And yet since his divorce, he has been out of the spot light, while she is still staying in it. It just goes to show who was really in it for the fame and fortune.

I think I`m embarrassed for accidently coming to this site and seeing how many people really are interested in a person whose only contribution is having a litter of kids and a boring second rate reality show like every other boring reality show. Twisted!

To Angela Reese, do your research or even watch the earlier shows. She is this thin because they did major surgery on her to get rid of everything that the rest of us who can't afford plastic surgery have to live with. Its easy to be slim and pretty when someone else is doing it for you and it costs a fortune. My concern is on the last few shows she went on how broke her and the kids were going to be without the show. Why not use the money for taking care of your kids instead of making yourself look younger than you are. Who is stupid and vain? Who is jealous of younger women? The one who keeps having plastic surgery to make herself look like something shes not.

yes i agree she looks good for having 8 kids but if i had all the surgeries id hope i too would get my moneys worth. She was a horrible wife to jon, always yelling at him or putting him down, if she was such a great mom why does she need nannies and why do they keep on quiting. as a previous single working mom I took care of my kids not nannies feel bad for the kids learning that the value of happiness is being learned in dollars not by true unconditional love.

One - She was not crying about having any money - the media made her to be saying that Two - What is up with saying the kids are abused and she is a bad mother?? hmmm... as a mother of eight, she acts as any mother would - she loves and guides her kids... tantrums are what kids do if people are saying that they have them, the two that were for a while from school, well, there are lots and lots of children WHO need to do that but the parents don't care enough to get therapy or whatever it takes to help them. And if she gets rattled sometime SO WHAT!! Three - Good for her for having the cahones to do a reality show. Shame on those who judge, bet your lives SUCK! because only people who are totatlly dissatified with their own life would comment so nastily on someone else's that they have never MET!!!
