Move over pink – purple is in the running as the hottest Hollywood hair color!
Following in the footsteps of Katy Perry, hair color chameleon Kelly Osbourne is the latest star to work grape-colored locks, which she debuted in Los Angeles Thursday night.
Clad in a vibrant, purple-theme floral frock by Mary Katrantzou and black peep-toe YSL heels, the 27-year-old wore her hair in an off-the-center topknot and finished off her eye-popping ensemble with an electric purple lipstick.
For several months, the E! Fashion Police co-host has boldly worked a gray hair color — a look that many women avoid and cover up with hair dye.
"I can't keep bleaching my hair and I want to grow it so I take breaks in between," she told Us Weekly at the People's Choice Awards in January. "I did it a year ago but it was more of a lavender gray, but I went straight gray this time."
One thing was for sure — the star wasn't a fan of her aging look.
"She hates it!" her mom Sharon Osbourne added, with Kelly defending herself by venting, "This is the woman who made me the person that I am today and she questions it. I don't understand it!"
"Don't blame me for that hair color!" Sharon retorted.
