Real hair — revealed!
Just one look at Porsha Williams‘ Instagram page, and you’d find dozens of comments from fans just begging to catch a glimpse of the Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s authentic hair. Well, on Jan. 14, Williams finally caved.
The reality star, 33, has long been an advocate of preserving the health of one’s natural strands, and created her own line of extensions called Go Naked Hair to do just that. Wearing extensions for long periods of time is a protective style that guards the hair from heat styling and the elements.
“AllNatural for 2.5 seconds @gonakedhair installed in 3…2…1… #Standby Stylist @kellonderyck,” she captioned the pic on Instagram. While in full-on glam mode, Williams showed off her naturally curly mane that was swept up into a ponytail.
Williams isn’t the only Real Housewives member to go au naturel. In 2012, after tons of pressure from her castmates and the viewers alike, former RHOA Kim Zolciak showed her hair on an episode of her spin-off show Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding.
Surpisingly, Zolciak’s hair was very close in length to her famous wigs, leaving many to wonder why she ever wore wigs in the first place.
