Do blondes have more fun? Kaia Gerber might know after trying out the color in a platinum style on Thursday, March 17.
In the snap, the 14-year-old model and daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, sports wet, wavy tresses in the icy shade, which contrast with her dark, bold brows.
But, Gerber didn’t get rid of her waist-length brunette locks. The Alexander Wang spokesperson captioned the pic, “just a lil wig :).”
She wasn’t the only model to try out the hair color over the weekend. Irina Shayk also took a walk on the blonde side, showing off curly golden locks via social media on Saturday, March 19.
Though her tresses were a few hues darker than Gerber’s, they were still a major change from her natural chocolate brown strands. “Who said I can’t be blonde? 😉✨” she wrote.
According to another post, Shayk’s lighter, inches-shorter mane is due to photographer Mert Alas. “And once u go blonde it’s only for my ❤️ @mertalas ))) double trouble 👧🏼👦🏻 and its your fault 😂” she explained.
