Later on she changed into a flashy metallic blue one-shoulder number for Rolling Stone's AMA's after party, and switched to a peach lip color with tousled, textured waves.

Back in May, the former Hills' star's fashion sense got slammed by Marie Claire editor-in-chief Joanna Coles, who said the magazine would have to "de-cheesify" Patridge before featuring her in its pages.
