anna---i have my hair bobbed regularly, and it does not take long for a bob to grow out to this length. it's incredibly plausible for someone to grow out a bob to this length in just a couple months.
This can't be in 2009... looks like several years ago. She looks alot younger here! Just this year she got it cut in a bob and in 2008...
