Blake Lively's Post-Baby Workout, Diet Includes "Gentle" Exercising and Sweets (Yes, We're Serious)

Oh, to live Blake Lively's life—even for a day!

Just four months after giving birth, the Age of Adaline star has been showing off her slender post-baby body in a series of body-conscious (and gloriously colorful) looks. How did she bounce back so quickly, you ask? "Gentle" exercising… and a few sweets!

Clicking through the 27-year-old blonde bombshell's Instagram page, it's easy enough to see that she's incorporated hot chocolate (from NYC's City Bakery), strawberries, and oodles of cookies for holidays including Valentine's Day into her diet.

But when she's not filling her taut tummy, Lively revealed that she's been hitting the great outdoors to work her way back to her pre-pregnancy shape. "Your body goes through a lot after pregnancy and birth, so small, gentle workouts feel better," the actress told You magazine (via the Daily Mail). 

Elaborating on her choice of workout, she said, "I hate the gym. Who doesn’t? When I’m in the gym I feel like I am missing out. [So] I would rather rent a bike or go for a hike."

Nevertheless, losing weight is just not her top priority at the moment. "[It's] not something I have spent much time focusing on," the new mom confessed. "With a new baby, it's just about eating well for her, because everything I eat goes right into her system."
