Brad Womack's Love Emily Maynard Still Wearing Engagement Ring

Maybe they're gonna make it after all?

Emily Maynard was spotted arriving at the Charlotte-Douglas Airport in her native North Carolina on Thursday -- alone, but still sporting her engagement ring from fiance Brad Womack.

The talked-about TV couple have tried to keep a low profile since last week's season finale of The Bachelor. The latest Us Weekly reports that Womack, 38, and Maynard, 25, scrapped plans for a March 8 wedding and broke up several times following Womack's on-camera proposal in South Africa.

(UsMagazine.com had the very first post-finale pic of the pair, who emerged from hiding together last Tuesday checking out the SXSW fest in Austin, Tex.)

But all is well now for the reconciled twosome -- just ask Womack himself.

"I'm the happiest I've ever been in my whole life," Womack told Us on Thursday at Dizzy Rooster, his Austin bar. "I'm serious. I'm so happy."

"I just put Emily on a plane 3 hours ago," he told Us of his love. "She's awesome. She's the best thing that's ever happened to me." he raved.

Does Womack think the relationship will work out? "Yes!" he told Us. "I swear to God, I'm the happiest I've ever been. Honestly, I'm the luckiest guy."

I really like to see Brad and Emily as a couple and my wish during the show was to see them together but now it's hurt to hurt that they are going through this drama, Emily just need to understand that Brad couldn't decide who he wants but at the end of the day she is the one Brad picked she would be happy and work it out.

I think they make an awesome couple and love each other very much. People need to keep there negative 2 cents to themselves. Leave them alone! I would love to go see the Dizzy Roaster that Brad owns.

I dont think there will ever be a wedding.He is getting paid back for breaking two hearts because I think she is going to break his heart. She does not love him or anyone else except herself.

just from the little bit I've seen since the show, she doesn't seem into him like she did on the show - which wasn't all that much to begin with...Oh well, time will tell.

I think that Brad deserves better!! But he chose Emily over Chantal. He is trying to convince himself that all will be fine. If he had chosen Chantal he would not have to reassure himself. I do agree that Emily deserves better. Not sure that Brad is faking but he is trying to hard so I have to be realistic that he will falter from exhaustion of trying to be someone he is not. At 38 he has a lot of growing up still.
