Cindy Crawford works hard to maintain her supermodel body — but not too hard.

So, when she's not being 20 percent bad, the former model, 44, goes hiking to burn calories.

She also uses the Power Plate, workout equipment that incorporates vibration training to reduce cellulite.

"I was hoping you could just stand on it but it doesn't work that way," she says. "But it's all about breaking up your routine because if you get bored, then you stop doing it."

The mother of two — she has son Presley, 10, and daughter Kaia, 8, with hubby Rande Gerber — also makes sure she diets responsibly.

For breakfast, she'll eat oatmeal and blueberries with her son and enjoy a salad with chicken or shrimp for lunch. At dinner, she'll serve up fish and vegetables. Crawford also admits to having "a little chocolate mixed in" between meals from time to time.
