Emma Stone Shows Off Bikini Bod, Slams Star Trainer Tracy Anderson
Emma Stone looks sexy and flawless in a red-and-white striped bikini on the July cover of Vanity Fair -- but don't get used to it.
"I usually wear a one-piece," the actress, 22, tells the magazine, admitting that she was nervous for the cover shoot. In a playful mood, the up-and-coming star jokes that her only vices are sugar, wine, and black-tar heroin!
"That's pretty much it, the heroin, the sugar, and the wine--nothing too crazy."
Stone is set to become Hollywood's next big thing, costarring with Andrew Garfield in 2012's The Amazing Spider-Man plus three summer 2011 films (The Help, Friends with Benefits, and Crazy, Stupid, Love), and admits she's become "more conscious" of staying thin. But that doesn't mean she's a fan of Hollywood diet and fitness regimens.
She's not into, for instance, the recommendations of celeb trainer Tracy Anderson, who has worked with Kim Kardashian, Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow and others.
"That diet, have you seen it?" Stone says of Anderson's suggestions. "It's like: Eat this diet, which is a palm-size piece of chicken and some beans, and work out two hours a day for the rest of your life."
Stone goes rock-climbing at Chelsea Piers in NYC, and confesses that doing weight training and Pilates with Garfield "brings out anger in me."
Although she's A-list now, just a few years ago Stone was a despondent high school dropout who hit "rock bottom" when she was up for the part of cheerleader Claire Bennet in NBC's Heroes. When the role went to Hayden Panettiere instead, "I went home and just had this meltdown," she admits.
