"Jay's trying to be disciplined, and he needs the energy to support her," a source adds.

Beyonce, 30, isn't going to let herself go just because she's expecting! "I've been really conscious [about food]," she told 20/20. "I've been trying my best not to lose control!"

Jay and Bey's commitment to healthy living seems to be paying off. A source tells Us that Monday night the duo were "dancing up a storm" at The Spare Room gaming lounge at the Hollywood Roosevelt. "They were loved up and sweet together [and] partied until 4 a.m.!"

Forget the diet part......partying until 4am while pregnant.....that is unheard of.....I was so tired while pregnant....oh well...just saying...

Really...I totally blame the writer for this piece. Eating vegan, partially or not is not a diet in the sense that its to lose weight. Really, people! Write like you attended school at some point in your life. Beyonce has incorporated vegan meals into her meal plan, into her "diet" that does not equal "starving." She wants a healthy body while she's pregnant. It does not translate to woe for her baby. Take a page out of her books, bashers. Pregnancy is not license to splurge on for like ...(no comment)

You go girl! It's about time pregnant women maintain their health instead of gorging themselves like a sow and using the baby as an excuse. By the way, "vegan diet" does not mean she is trying to lose weight. Idiots.

No need to think about this dieting during pregnancy is a no no. I'm sure her mother allowed her to know this.

Dieting is a very bad idea while pregnant. Even women who are overweight need to gain weight. Those who are underweight need to to gain even more. she should be gaining 25-35 pounds to have a healthy pregnancy and supporting the fetus.

B you eat healthy all you want, it's better for you and the baby, but do splurge once a week. People who say that have no control themselves and hate their bodies.

Eating vegan isn't starving yourself. Know what you're talking about before you make uneducated comments! She can eat what she wants!
