Jesse James and new love Kat von D were photographed hand-in-hand Sunday in Fredericksburg, Tex.. (James and his three kids recently moved to nearby Austin, where his ex-wife Sandra Bullock keeps a home.)
It's the first PDA shot of the tattooed twosome -- who were seen sharing a "passionate kiss" at a museum exhibit in Las Vegas August 15.

L.A. Ink star von D (real name: Katherine von Drachenberg) confirmed the relationship via Twitter two weeks ago, writing "Yes, Jesse and I are dating" -- and then deleted the post.
In a subsequent radio appearance on the Kevin and Bean radio show on L.A.'s KROQ-FM Thursday, she explained that she and James met when she was 22. "He had his show on Discovery; that's how we met. I was looking for some advice when I first started on Miami Ink," the star, now 28, said.
The tattoo artist added that she has forgiven James' widely publicized infidelity during his marriage to Bullock. "I am a believer that we're all human and we're all capable of making mistakes," she said. "I think if I were to be crucified for my drug addiction three years ago now, it would be hard to live with that. I'm sober now, and it's awesome. But I have made mistakes, too."

"I've got a lot of respect for Jesse and how he handled it," she added of James' conduct during the scandal.
Bullock, 46, has also moved on -- as a single mom to adopted son Louis, seven months. "Everything works out the way the universe wants it to work out," she says in a new TV interview with the Today Show's Matt Lauer, airing Tuesday.
Baby Louis is "my little Cajun cookie," she gushed.

While is was a surprise Jesse and Sandra got married, I do think maybe Kat VD and Jesse have a bit more in common. THat doesn't excuse his cheating lying a** but they have both moved on and they are each happy.

Well, he recovered quickly from losing the love of his life (because of his own behavior) . . . it just shows how much class Sandra has as opposed to these two. If Sandy and the kids are so important and you move to Texas to be near her . . . I don't know, doesn't make sense to me. He needs to grow up.

I don't really understand why he felt it necessary to relocate near his ex with his kids. She should be able to move on and not have to carry around extra baggage.

I've visited Frecksberg TX and it's a little conservative arts/crafts town. Bet these two stood out like a sore thumb. Two goofballs deserve each other. Have you ever listened to her talk-14 yr olds make more sense. So immature acting.
As much as I love Sandra, I think Jesse & Kat make a better couple. Kat is cool & she & Jesse seem more compatible. Sandra will find love if it's God's will. She alreadt been blessed with a beautiful baby, so the world is her oyster.
Ok, tattoos aside...because I have em. She is not a real smart cookie. The first time I watch her show I was shocked at how dingy she is. And well, Jesse, is just stupid. Soooo they are a good match : )
