The second-time mom (she and husband Cash Warren also have daughter Honor, 3) offered advice to others on Twitter about post-baby diet, too. "I would keep your diet as healthy as possible 6 days a week and give yourself one day to indulge."

Other Alba-approved post-baby fitness tips? "Start with walking and throw in 3 sets of lunges 20 per leg. Your could do it while strolling your baby."

Before giving birth, she admitted to Lucky mag that she needs a little help curbing her appetite. "I have a hard time with portion control, so I have 1,200 calorie meals delivered," she said. "But I also work out, so basically I'm starving. It sucks. I drink a lot of water."

Oh hell, the critics once again. The girl has always looked good, before her first daughter & while pregnant with her second, and she still looks great. @Us Weekly, how about getting a CURRENT pic of her. Funny how you people live in her house & see exactly what she eats...gimme a fuking break! I'd rather be her size than some fat ass chubby chick!

like she cares what's the right message to send she's not even the healthy body weight for her height normally which is 143lbs. nor is 1,200 calories a day the needed amount for a woman her height 1,550 is not counting if she were nursing Haven which she's not because in her screwed up head she thinks it's beneath her oh please actual oscar nominated winning actresses have nrused their children you can't be fired for it now a days

I meant to say young adults. My husband was talking and said adjust and I typed what he said! Sorry

Isn't this the wrong message to send to young adjust. Basically you're starving?? Why not eat small meals every three hours, have them be healthy, but starving to lose weight is NOT healthy. It also isn't the right message to send to kids......
