Kim Kardashian Blames "Reality Show" for Bad Love Life

Why is Kim Kardashian single?
She tells USA Today her reality TV career has something to do with it.
"It's definitely hard to date when you live your life on a reality show," says Kardashian, 29, who is now shooting Kim and Kourtney Take New York. "How do you say to someone, 'Hey, are you cool with dating me on my show? Are you comfortable being on the show?' It's really hard. I'm definitely more open to dating when I'm not filming, when it's our off season."

She says her past experiences with men -- including New Orleans Saints' Reggie Bush -- were "all a learning experience."
"I think I'm still trying to figure it out," she says. "That's why I think it's probably best for me to be single right now."
Sources told UsMagazine.com that her last boyfriend, Dallas Cowboys' Miles Austin, loved all the attention he got when he was with her. Said a source, "Sitting on the floor of the Lakers game with her was better than any commercial of him that would ever run."
Kardashian says being single "is a lot easier" than trying to "figure out who likes me for really me (and) who wants to be on a show."

Another bonus of being single: She can do whatever she wants as she shoots her new E! show, debuting in January. It chronicles her Manhattan adventures with sister Kourtney, 31, as they open a Dash boutique in the Big Apple.

"This was like, for me, the perfect time to come to New York because I'm single," she says. "I just felt like I kind of wanted a fresh start."

I agree with Elda....she is probably intimidating to a lot of men...she is a very savvy businesswoman and has her focus on....Kim you are a doll and just as sharp as you are beautiful and the right strong self-confident man will be there for you when you're both ready...love ya little girl!
So then she is choosing career over love. She may say she isn't but the fact that she is. What Kim should do if she is really serious about finding love- putting career goals off a little and start focusing on a relationship. Kim needs to realize that while work may seem top priority now- but when is almost 40 and still single and kourtny is married w/ 3 kids and khloe is married w/ 2 kids and even rob is married w/ a kid- and she is still single- she'll regret her choices.

First of all theirs are a couple of woman who were strippers and found love with atheletes,got married,had children happily ever after! I do agree though that most men like a woman who have morals,respect n values.I think that she should put to much expectation on finding prince charming because that only happens so often,especially with her reputation!!! I think she is beautiful woman,n that she had to do what she had to get where she is at, i dont judge her because we all have hiden secrets,we dont display them the way she has but i can just say that she should not blame other people for what she has created,now shes just gona have to wait n i dont know how long to find someone who loves her with all her flaws,n who is ok her having a porn out. Thats gona be really hard but nothing is impossible.You get what you give so dont expect to be the best guy ever! I still think shes beautiful!!!

Kim--you have no one to blame but yourself for a bad love life. You made a living out of showing yourself as a vain, self-absorbed, superficial sleaze, and most men don't want a relationship with a woman who acts like she's still in her teens, who lives for looks, sex, and money alone. There's probably many out there who want to sleep with you, but good luck finding someone who'll want to marry you.

what is the problem, she signed on the dotted line and knew that when you live your life this way there are bound to be drawbacks to it.. the money is good , good enough to buy $30,000 handbags. since most americans are now facing a recession and many would love to earn this amount in a yr let alone spend it on handbags on a shopping session in paris, i will not be getting a hanky out to cry for this girl.. cry me a river..

Ummm...people are forgetting that Keeping Up with the Kardashians gets TONS of ratings, which means people WATCH it and LIKE it. Also, lots of careers make it difficult to date ex: being a doctor, lawyer, CIA, being in the military, etc... Why should someone have to quit doing what they want to find love? And who says that stating what is difficult about your job is the same as complaining? Kim shouldn't quit, and everyone that wants her to go away should probably go away.
Gee, if she is so tired of her life, come out there to the REAL world and try to make due and struggle being able to pay the bills, have food on the table and taking care one's children IN THE REAL WORLD, not in the fake world. Gee, I would love it if my family could go out and eat at fancy places and buy clothes on a regular basis. No we have to save and make plans to buy only three times a year, hard to do when you have growing teenagers. So Sad your life. Can we switch?

This girl is so drama. She can't have it both ways.. Everyone knows what she is famous for & she is trying to live in two worlds. One time she is all natural & upset because of playboy & a month later poses full frontal all nude.. Its all about drama & being noticed. Attentions eeking family with few morals but right now thats what the majority of the public wants. Until we change that this will continue & its money in the bank for them. She has no forum or format she sticks to. It's what ever sells any given day. Sad
