While it's likely that Victoria's Secret models Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge and Erin Heatherton were genetically blessed with their flawless figures, it's nice to know that they also work hard at staying in runway shape.
The toned trio joined fellow lingerie catwalkers, Candice Swanepoel and Lindsay Ellingson, for the Victoria's Secret Supermodel cycle to benefit cancer research for Pelotonia at SoulCycle gym in New York City on Tuesday.
Ambrosio, 30, who used cycling to get back into shape after having her daughter three years ago, feels good about where her body is at. "Right now I'm set. I just keep my figure with pilates and yoga," she told Us Weekly.
Newlywed Aldridge, 25, relies on a slew of ways to maintain her curves. "I do a lot of pilates and kick boxing and tons of crunches and leg lifts. Whatever I can do to change things, stay active, and just have fun."

And Heatherton, 22, recently discovered the benefits of yoga: "I just started doing yoga, which I'm obsessed with. I can't believe I waited this long to do it."
