Barry's Bootcamp
Self-described as "drill sergeant tactics with a party atmosphere," celebs are going crazy for LA- and NYC-based Barry's Bootcamp (BBC) classes. (A common BBC class mixes hardcore strength training with treadmill intervals.)

Most recently, longtime client Kim Kardashian attended BBC to get in shape for her September wedding. Besides Kim, Barry counts Jessica Alba and Sandra Bullock as A-list clients.

Tracy Anderson Method
Just about everyone in Hollywood passes through the doors of the Tracy Anderson Method studio — our PopSugar City LA editor even spotted Molly Sims at the Studio City location! Besides Tracy's energetic dance aerobics classes, celebs, like Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Richie, and Jennifer Lopez, love the trainer for giving them long, lean bodies that are strong and defined minus the bulk.

Besides L.A., Tracy has studios in New York City, The Hamptons, and London. She also has a line of fitness DVDs for those who can't make it to one of her studios.

Physique 57

Physique 57, which mixes ballet, Pilates, and isometrics, has fans in Hollywood starlets like Zooey Deschanel, Lisa Rinna, and Parker Posey. But perhaps its biggest celeb fan is Kelly Ripa: "[Physique 57] transformed my body in ways I never thought possible. I'm a short person, but I'm becoming longer and leaner. The class works your glutes, your abs, and your obliques. It's all about building muscle, then stretching it out."

If you can't make it out to LA or NYC for classes, the wildly popular workout now offers at-home fitness DVDs!
