After his dramatic weight gain over the summer, the 31-year-old dropped the pounds for the next season of VH1's Celebrity Fit Club, which premieres in January. "Everybody will be very, very shocked to see the end results," Shar Jackson (his ex and fellow Fit Club participant) told Us.

Everyone is so down on K-Fed...Britney knew he was in a relationship with Shar Jackson and knew Shar had a child by him and was within a few months of having K-Fed second child.There are photos of Britney on dates with Shar and K-Fed child...She was just as wrong as K-Fed...God don't like ugly behavior...

Always resisted my attraction to K-Fed as I thought, like everyone else, he was a gold-digger from some backwoods trailer park! Thought I would get a laugh seeing him fat but OMG...he's still hot! Overweight yes...but still HOT! I'm actually going to buy his album! I know it's so bad!
