dole frozen fruit bars - make a perfect snack without the calories for a summer body. i'm not nearly as fabulous as beyonce, but she's right - you have to sacrifice for that bikini bod and this is my little secret about how i feel like i'm giving up less!
I doubt if all of them are size 2. I doubt if most are size 2. I notice they didn't put Beyonce's size. She and Kim are so curvy (and beautiful). I would love to have either of their shape.

Well for one thing they all are different heights. So they all can be size 2's. I know that different body frames and heights can be the same size.

Here are some hints that really help! Drink lots of good liquids but not at meals. (Always between!) Put a little fresh lemon juice (preferably from your own Meyer lemon tree)in your good drinking water (never cold). This helps to cleanse your liver which increases your digestion and clears your complexion! Stay away from soda, sugar,and MSG (many times hidden in foods) which will make you heavy and rob your bones. Use sea salt, honey (or 100% Maple Syrup or Blue Agave but never artificial sweeteners!) i'm sorry but some of these women are straight up lying about their size. So Kim K, Kelly Ripa, Carrie Underwood, jen aniston, melissa rycroft, jessica szohr, and fergie all say in the new issue that they are size two. that makes no sense, first of all kelly ripa is way much small than kim k so there's no way they are both a 2. Ripa is probably a 00, she says she has a size 24 waist so i know when i wore a size 24 jean i was severly underweight and a 00. Why do celebrites lie? Melissa is probably a size 0-she's gotten so tiny. Anyways, i just think it's funny that they all say they are a size 2!!
