Jesse James Moving to Austin So Kids Can Be Close to Sandra

Jesse James is heading to Texas for good.
At a custody hearing Friday in Orange County, Calif., his attorney John Schilling confirmed that the 41-year-old biker -- who shared a home in Seal Beach, Calif., with ex Sandra Bullock -- is permanently moving to Austin in July after he finishes taping a History Channel special.

James told TMZ.com Saturday morning that his kids love Bullock, 45 (who owns a home there), and want to continue their relationship with her. He will continue operating West Coast Choppers in Orange County, but plans to work full-time in Austin, where he will open another Cisco Burger restaurant.
How will the the move affect his 6-year-old daughter Sunny's relationship with her mother, porn star Janine Lindemulder?

Lindemulder, who has battled substance abuse problems, currently lives in L.A.. Earlier this month, she was granted periodical, supervised visits.
"He wants her to have a relationship with Sunny, and they are trying to work things out," said Schilling, adding that Lindemulder could even move to Austin as well.
Meanwhile, an attorney for Lindemulder insists she remains drug-free.
At Friday's hearing, a judge received a letter from Lindemulder's current husband saying she was on prescription meds and should be denied visitation with Sunny. But Lindemulder's attorney provided a different letter from her current husband "disavowing" the claims, and a judge dismissed the claim.

You guys need to spend a little more time doing discovery for your articles if you want any sort of credibility; Jesse James and Sandra Bullock lived together in Sunset Beach, CA. Also West Coast Choppers is in Long Beach, CA, which is in Los Angeles county.

I would be horrified if I were Sandra. Sicko Jesse is using those kids to try to be around her, If I were her, I would be flipping out. His kids HAVE moms, they need to move on and have relationships with their own mothers. Sandra is no relation and is trying to move ON with her life. Jesse is stalking her in a way. Those kids will adapt without her, she can see then occassionaly, call them , etc., but, what, he's wanting her to continue being a full-time babysitter to HIS kids? I'd file a restraining order against him. This is NOT healthy for Sandra or those kids. They need to adjust and move on.
Something tells me that Sandra's move AWAY from L.A. was her gentle way of trying to leave her life with Jesse behind. Him following her and putting pressure on her to continue to mother his children is unfair. He should have thought about his children before he boinked cheap women behind his wife's back.

I love all the "know it alls" on here that think they know whether Sandra should take Jesse back. IT'S NONE OF YOUR PHUQING BUSINESS IF SHE DOES!!!! Why do people constantly have to get in other people's business. No, I don't condone his behavior, but I could care less if she takes him back, it doesn't affect me one way or another, OR YOU. I live very close to Austin and love it, it's a great city(hook em' horns), however I know Cisco Burger is not a place I will visit. This man is vile and I hope Sandra will NEVER take him back.

I used to adore her but that was then. I was shocked when she hooked up with him, but told myself not to judge, that too was then. NOW all I have to say is "THEY are both disgusting" She just covers it all up much better, because she is both pretty and talented.
He is not moving to Austin so the kids can be close to Sandra. She has forgiven him, but she does not want to look stupid to her fan club. so they cooked up a BS story that will eventually end up in a new romance. (PUKE) She took him back and it doe snot say anything about her. he is a low life.

That makes no sense. He's moving back for his own selfish agenda. I'm sure if it wasn't for public scrutiny, she'd take him back. She has to project that wholesome princess image of perfection. He already said he can't be faithful because he hurts people before they hurt him. 30 days of rehab won't fix that.
his shop is not in Orange County, its in LA County...its in the city of Long Beach...I used to live there....Cisco Burger is located near the shop...not sure about their home...some sources say Huntinghton Beach, some say Seal Beach...both are located in Orange County are are just south of Long Beach
