2nd Heaven! Beverley Mitchell is pregnant and expecting her second child with husband Michael Cameron.
The 7th Heaven actress, 33, revealed her happy news via WhoSay on Thursday, Sept. 4. "#tbt to the place where Michael asked me to marry him, and this past year where we stood as a family of three!" Mitchell wrote alongside a cute family snapshot of the trio bundled up outdoors. "Can't believe in 2015 we will be a family of 4!!!"
Mitchell and Cameron wed in 2008 and welcomed their first child, daughter Kenzie Lynne, in March 2013. This past March, the actress gushed to Us Weekly at an event about motherhood and her little girl's milestones.
"She love to dance," Mitchell told Us of her tot, who enjoys rocking out to Justin Timberlake songs. "She's got some boogie moves… I think his new record has great rhythms and beats — and it's eclectic — so she loves it. We just turn on Justin and watch her do a little boogie."
The actress shared that her favorite part about being a mom was "waking up to that little face."
Mitchell added that her perspective and priorities have shifted since becoming a mom. "It’s changed me in the best and craziest ways," the star said. "It's slowed me down to enjoy every moment. To really take a look at what’s important in life, who’s important, and value the time I spend with people."
Mitchell also said that being a mother has made her even pickier in terms of roles. "I want to do things that she can watch and I can be proud of," she said. "The best and most important role in my life is being a mom."
At a separate event that same month, Mitchell told Us how many more kids she and her husband would like to have. "Two or three… No more than three," she reasoned. "When you're getting into four, it's a handful. We're not having a 7th Heaven situation!"
