Easter came early for the Jolie-Pitts!
Brad Pitt took Maddox, 9, Pax, 7, Zahara, 6, and Shiloh, 4, to a screening of Russell Brand's new animated film Hop on Sunday. The family- minus Angelina Jolie and 2-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox- also indulged in some sugary treats and hunted for Easter eggs.

"Brad was really sweet and very hands-on with the kids, never leaving their sides for a minute," a source told UsMagazine.com. "The kids grabbed juices and carrots and candy at the reception and also made a flip book of themselves!"
The event -- sponsored by Blowfish Malibu and Bolthouse Farms -- raised funds for EBMRF, a skin disease affecting children, and hosts included Hop stars James Marsden and Kaley Cuoco. Pitt is on the honorary advisory board for the EBMRF medical research foundation.

Where was Pitt's better half? As her kids frolicked, Jolie, 35, was photographed taking an international flight out of LAX- reportedly for a humanitarian trip abroad.
One weekend earlier, the star couple enjoyed some kid-free time together. They ditched their famous tykes for a 27-hour escape at the luxurious Amangiri Resort in Lake Powell, Utah. The two enjoyed the resort's full-service spa, yoga and "floatation" pavilions and relaxed in their $3,300 per night suite.
"Brad and Angie have a truly loving, caring, romantic relationship," an insider recently told Us. "They try to make it possible to be together as much as possible, no matter how tight their schedules are. That's what makes them successful in love."

Actually Randy, Easter is a Pagan holiday. It is a celebration of Springtime. The Christians just took over the holiday and worked Jesus' death and resurrection into that particular time frame.
hummmm. what is with the Johnny Depp hairdo Brad?
@ Cristi, what holiday? They went to see the movie Hop. Easter isn't for a few weeks. Your comment is a bit of a stretch. Additionally, even if his other half was in town, why would they bring the twins? Most kids the age of their twins would not be able to sit through a movie of that length. To say they should have been there is rediculous. They are toddlers, not older children.
I didn't know atheists celebrate Easter.
No twins and no Jolie. Angelina flew out of LAS, she was too busy to be with the kids on a holiday, same as Halloween and Thanksgiving. The twins should be here also. PR coming soon I see.
