Fergie Dresses Baby Bump in Tight Green Shirt, Tells Good Morning America "I Have No Idea What I'm Doing"
Good morning, baby bump! First-time mom-to-be Fergie stepped out in NYC on Thursday, March 21 for an appearance on Good Morning America. The Black Eyed Peas singer, 37, showed off her growing bump in a tight green shirt, which she paired with sexy leather pants.
Expecting her first child with husband Josh Duhamel, Fergie told GMA, "We're thrilled. I know that my husband told everybody what I said. My quote when we found out —- 'This blank just got real.' But it's true, when that moment occurs to you, there's going to be a human being growing inside of you . . . it's reality. It's amazing, we're thrilled."
After experiencing a "little bit" of morning sickness early in her first trimester, Fergie, who confirmed her pregnancy in February, said, "I'm feeling great."
But the "My Humps" singer did confess that she's not exactly prepared to welcome her first child. "I have no idea what I'm doing!" she said. "I'm just going to play it by ear and see how things go, and let the natural instincts kick in."
Husband Duhamel, 40, however, thinks Fergie is already doing a great job being a mom-to-be. "She's handling it beautifully," he told E! News, "and we're both just over the moon about it."
