Exclusive Video: Giuliana & Bill Rancic: Yes, We're Considering Adoption!
After years of struggling to become parents, Giuliana and Bill Rancic are taking matters into their own hands.
"We're looking at all of our options when it comes to children, whether it's surrogacy or adoption," Bill, 40, said during a July 18 visit to Us Weekly's NYC offices.

Added Giuliana, 35: "We're going to keep trying ourselves, but if it doesn't work out, there are so many other great alternatives. We're open to everything."
The couple -- who wed on Sept. 1, 2007 in Capri, Italy -- promised that the new season of their reality show, Giuliana & Bill, will be less focused on their quest to start a family.

"We went through a really tough year trying to have a baby. We decided, you know what? We need some time off," Giuliana -- who once received 63 IVF shots a month -- explained. "Bill decided to have the year of fun and just focus on the positive."

I love Giuliana and Bill, they seem like great people and so down to earth doing a REALITY with REAL problems, infertility is devastating but thank God there are options. Thanks for sharing! Some comments are so full of hate, they are disgusting. I'm a size 0 and i have no eating disorder, so am i a freak?
Giuliana bugs me. Just something about her personality, like she is trying to hard to be the popular girl but has never made it there, but congrats on the adoption anyway.
Adoption is wonderful but it seems like every star, married or not is asked the question, are you thinking of adoption? Why? Is it fashionable to have an adopted child in Hollywood? Pregnant actresses are asked, are you thinking about adoption? No, they are thinking about the baby they are going to have, not the one they may or may not have. Adoption is a sacrifice for the mom and should be an incredible priviledge for the new parent{s}, not something asked about on the red carpet. Whatever these two decide to do it should not be because its the "in" thing to do. Yes there are a lot of children in countries that need homes but it shouldn't sell magazines.

Adopted my beautiful son 2yrs ago, and I KNOW that he will have a better life than he would have had. Adoption is a wonderful gift to both the child but to the birgph parents as well

I a so sick and tired of mean and hurtful people in the world. Infertility is stressful enough!
Giuliana doesn't look naturally thin. She looks like she doesn't eat properly. If you combine that with not being very fertile, you will have a hard time conceiving.
When I was pregnant with my first child I was easily a 110 (soaking wet LOL)...Anyway, my point is I am glad somebody is showing what infertility is like. So many couples think it is get married and start a family, that isn't always easy. It is awful to make fun of people that have trouble with fertility.
FYI... being skinny has nothing to do with getting pregnant. Have some compassion for them
