No maternity wear needed! Ivanka Trump looked absolutely stunning as she was photographed leaving the hospital with baby boy Joseph in her arms. The 31-year-old wore a fur-trimmed Altuzarra jacket and tight jeans as she carried her newborn to the car on Friday, Oct. 18, just four days after giving birth alongside her husband Jared Kushner.

One day after giving birth, Ivanka introduced Joseph -- and revealed his name! -- with an adorable picture of herself holding the newborn in her hospital bed. Joseph Frederick, born at 9:54 p.m., was named after his paternal great-grandfathers.

Grandpa Donald Trump also couldn't help but share his excitement about his new grandson. "My beautiful daughter Ivanka just had a healthy baby boy. Jared and Ivanka are very proud!" he tweeted Oct. 14. He later added: "Thanks to all for the wonderful congratulation sent to me on the birth of Ivanka's little boy - so nice!"
