A growing Bush brood! Jenna Bush Hager is pregnant with her second child, the television personality and former First Daughter announced on Monday, April 6.
Hager, 33, who is currently a special correspondent for the Today show, broke the exciting news with the morning show's anchors. President George W. Bush's daughter dished to Today's Tamron Hall, enlisting her daughter Margaret "Mila" Hager, 23 months, to make the announcement.
Today aired a clip of Hager cuddling with her the little girl as she points to her belly and asks Mila, "What's in here?" The adorable tot, whom Hager welcomed with husband Henry Hager in April 2013, responds "A baby sissy," revealing that the Hagers are expecting another daughter.
Savannah Guthrie, Matt Lauer, and Natalie Morales then ran away from their anchor desk to give Hager hugs, congratulating her on her happy news.
Barbara Bush's twin sister is expecting her second child this coming August. Hager, who married her longtime love in May 2008, told Today that Mila is excited to become a big sister, anxiously awaiting her younger sibling's arrival.
Hager has long expressed her desire to have multiple kids, telling CNN in 2007 before she tied the knot, "One day I would love to have a couple children." The First Daughter's latest addition will be President Bush and former First Lady Laura Bush's second grandchild, following Mila.
