Exclusive Video: Kim Kardashian: Kourtney Has "Slowed" Down My Desire for Kids

Seeing her older sister Kourtney Kardashian with a baby hasn't sped up Kim's maternal clock.

"I think it's actually slowed it down," she says on the Sept. 20 season premiere of The Rachael Ray Show (check your local listings). "It is so much work, and I really respect Kourtney for being able to work so much and still be such a hands-on mom."

Seeing her sib, 31, in mommy mode "has made me realize I can wait a little bit longer," adds Kim, 29. "I'm not ready, and I'm still in this self phase right now."

yes i know kim. i mean i love kids but being around my sister's two all day long kinna makes me glad that im in no hurry to become a mother. call me wateva but i feel when tha time is rite and i've gotten all of my youth out of my system. than kids would happen but until than tata, brandi and jay off to ur mom u go.. lol!!

Glad she realizes she's selfish and you just can't be that way when you have a kid!
