Camden Jack is already strollin' all over Chi-town -- with a little help from mom Kristin Cavallari.
The proud new mom and her 5-week-old hit the streets of Chicago (where they reside with Camden's dad and Cavallari's fiance, Jay Cutler) for a walk on Tuesday afternoon.

Cavallari, 25, kept her look simple and elegant to hoof it around town with her first child, donning a black shift dress and brown wedges as she pushed her son's stroller. (Little Camden wasn't exactly ready for his closeup; the tot was concealed inside his carriage during the outing.)
The Hills alum welcomed Camden on August 8 and has been happily settling into her new life as a mom over the past month.
"Being a mom is the most incredible feeling," she tweeted August 11. "I am so in love with this little boy!"
