Princess Caroline's Daughter Charlotte Casiraghi of Monaco Gives Birth to Son Raphael
Watch out, Prince George: There's a brand-new royal baby boy in Europe! Monaco's Charlotte Casiraghi -- Princess Caroline's daughter -- gave birth to son Raphael on Tuesday, Dec. 17, the Palace announced. Charlotte, 27, shares little Raphael with boyfriend, French actor and comedian Gad Elmaleh. She reportedly gave birth at the Princess Grace Hospital Centre in Monaco.
Although not a princess herself, noted equestrian Charlotte is fifth in line to the throne. She's the second child of Princess Caroline and late Italian businessman Stephano Casiraghi. The older sister of Prince Albert, Caroline, 57, is the daughter of the late Prince Rainier and the late Grace Kelly.
Little Raphael is the second grandson for Caroline. Her son Andrea and Tatiana Santo Domingo welcomed a baby boy this past March.
