Father-son bonding time! One day before Robin Thicke and wife Paula Patton announced their decision to separate, the "Blurred Lines" singer was photographed treating their son, Julian, to a day at Disneyland.

Thicke, with his wedding band firmly on his finger, was spotted carrying his adorable little boy while strolling around the Happiest Place on Earth on Sunday, Feb. 23. The duo flashed big smiles to cameras while going on a ride together.

Throughout the day, Thicke's wedding band was clearly visible on his finger. An eyewitness told Us Weekly that the singer appeared to be in good spirits at the theme park, and was greeting fans. "I asked if I could get his autograph and he said, 'Sure baby!'" the fellow parkgoer recalled. "He signed my Disneyland autograph book!"

"He was a really nice guy," the eyewitness added. "It made my day."

Thicke, 36, and Patton, 38, confirmed their split in a joint statement to Us on Monday, Feb. 24. "We will always love each other and be best friends," the spouses of eight years said. "However, we have mutually decided to separate at this time."

Multiple sources told Us that the separation was a long time coming. "It is not a shock to Robin or Paula, and it is something they have discussed for a long time," a source told Us. Added another insider: "Their marriage was unraveling for a long time."
