The Cougar Town guest star, 37, and wife Marika Dominczyk -- who announced last fall that they were expecting their first child -- brought the baby to a luncheon last week for the Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation at La Cachette Bistro in L.A.

They have not revealed their daughter's name.
Foley was previously wed to Jennifer Garner.
