Punky's pregnant again! Soleil Moon Frye — former Punky Brewster star and author of the book Happy Chaos: From Punky to Parenting and My Perfectly Imperfect Adventures in Between — is pregnant and expecting her third child with husband Jason Goldberg, she announced on the TODAY show on Thursday, Aug. 15.

"I have a very big announcement: We have a newest addition to the family here," she said, rubbing her belly. "Yay! We have two girls and now a new baby to join the family. We are so excited…I'm so happy."

Married since October 1998, Frye and Goldberg are already parents to two daughters, Poet, 7, and Jagger, 5. But the former child star has long said she wants to expand her brood.

"It's on my mind like everyday!" she told The Bump in October of having another child. "I want a third! I just feel like if I have a third it will be another girl and I would be so into it. And then maybe the fourth would be a boy. Fingers crossed within the next year!"

"I would love more kids!" she added in an interview with SheKnows.com earlier this month. "I've always wanted a big family."

She's certainly headed in that direction. Incidentally, Frye's pregnancy reveal coincides with the launch of her new photo-sharing app, Moonfrye, which gives families "unique, simple, and time-effective ways to get creative together."

"We believe the parenting journey is made up of all kinds of moments," a mission statement on the app's website reads. "Big, small, happy, sad, messy, beautiful…the kind of moments that make raising a family an adventure in 'happy chaos' every single day."

"Time with my family is precious and I love capturing our memories," Frye says of how Moonfrye came about. "With our app, children can now be a part of the process and not just the subjects of our incredible photos. In a tech-centric world, Moonfrye inspires families to be creative, to enjoy the process, and to share their memories in a unique way that bridges the gap between screen time and family time."
